This place is bright, fairly clean, and pet-friendly, with spotless rooms featuring a hot tub and a welcoming family atmosphere; the staff here are incredibly accommodating.

It has favourable and incredible location close to other attractions u can walk. And it's near to the nightlife and sand bar and Sebastian inlet for fishing and the beach.

The location was great for me, I enjoyed the large complimentary breakfast, and had a very pleasant stay overall during my vacation.

The rooms were neat and huge, equipped with a hot tub. The breakfast was large and gorgeous, with plenty of different options. The staff were all super-friendly.

The train passed the hotel quite close, because the whole bed trembled when it drove.

We had a lovely stay and would recommend it to others. Incredibly beautiful hotel, clean, excellent staff and the beds were extremely comfy. Large breakfast, the food was great. The location was favorable, around 10-15 minutes walk from Mel Fisher's Treasures. It was very close to the local Medical Center and Sebastian.

I arrived between 1:00 and 1:30PM on a Saturday. I walked up to the front desk, no one was present, rang the bell, and a young lady came out and immediately acted annoyed that I rang the bell. I told her that I had a reservation and she immediately told me in an unfriendly tone "check in is at 3:00, check out is at 11:00 and no rooms are clean." I was taken aback as the tone was so unfriendly, no smile, no sorry but the room is not ready yet, but cold and just plain uninviting. I was now annoyed and asked again, "no rooms are clean", she was more adament in saying the clean staff has just started cleaning and check in is at 3:00. I told her as I left disappointed that I would be back, she had to add "I will be here" in a smart aleck tone. Thanks but I will not be back, love Sebastion but not this place if she is here. Unhappy surfer.

The staff here is friendly and always willing to lend a hand, the rooms are clean and recently updated, equipped with a hot tub which is a nice touch, plus amenities like central heating, a personal safe, and a TV with many channels are very convenient.

The breakfast was plentiful and free, and the location was great, only a 15-minute walk to Capt Hiram's Resort - Bimini Beach nearby.
